How to use the hot melt glue gun

1. Before using the hot melt glue gun, please check whether the power supply is powered on and whether the bracket is ready; whether the glue gun used is used smoothly.

2. When using a hot melt glue gun, plug in the power cord and preheat for about 5 minutes or until the tape is completely melted. Stand upright on a table when the applicator is not in use.

3. Wait until the glue stick melts. Aim the nozzle of the glue gun at the area to be glued. Gently press the trigger and let the glue flow naturally.

4. After using the nozzle to come down, unplug the power plug.

5. Do not pull the tape out of the entrance.

6. Due to the extremely high temperature of the hot melt glue gun during use, do not touch the muzzle or the glue at hand.

The reason why the hot melt glue gun can't make glue

If the glue gun does not find glue during use, you need to check whether the glue gun is hot. If the heat is not normal, it may be that the glue gun is not plugged in properly or the glue gun is short-circuited and burned out. 1. Avoid using the sol gun in a humid environment. Humidity affects insulation performance and can cause electric shock.

2. The nozzle and adhesive are very hot (about 200 degrees). Do not touch other parts other than the handle.

3. Do not pull the adhesive strip out of the adhesive inlet. Hot melt adhesive can cause severe burns or damage the applicator.

4. Do not disassemble or install the heater or its parts at will, otherwise it will cause malfunction.

5. Keep out of reach and storage of children.

6. Do not use anything other than melt.

7. If the glue gun in the glue gun has a backflow phenomenon, please stop using it immediately and wait for professionals to clean up the backflow of the hot melt adhesive before using it.
