Since the roller coating method requires cleaning equipment, the resulting shutdown and cleaning, environmental protection disposal, and especially the potential for personnel injury are additional costs that cannot be ignored. Therefore, the more ideal coating method now is water glue spray coating. However, water glue shower coating also has its limitations. It requires high flatness of the substrate and precise glue viscosity.


Therefore, based on the above pain points and crux, Yongtenai has specially developed and launched a new rapid composite solution for wooden doors that integrates PUR composite glue + shower coating equipment.
